Eric Schaefer -- eric@advanceco.net, President of Advance Property Management, has participated at the highest levels of the real estate and construction industries over the past 30 years. He has managed properties throughout CT, designed and implemented financial information systems, developed more than 2,000 condominium units, and worked with private and public lenders to identify capital improvement and reserve funding for communities. Eric has a BS in Accounting and has supplemented this with graduate-level studies in Information Technology. Eric has served as a Board member on the Community Association Institute (CAI) of Connecticut for which he received the Volunteer of the Year Award, and is a past member of the Glastonbury Town Planning & Zoning Commission.
